On a day-to-day basis, I work with entities awarding public contracts and entrepreneurs applying for such contracts and submitting their bids. My advisory services include, in particular:

  • support for contracting authorities at the stage of choosing the mode, preparing and conducting proceedings,
  • drafting and revision of tender documentation, Terms of Reference, material provisions of contracts, contract templates,
  • assisting to contractors at the stage of bid submission and during the proceedings,
  • representation in proceedings before the National Chamber of Appeal and courts.
